it's true, i follow my blog. my "followers" list was looking a little small so i thought i'd boost it's self esteem a little bit.

summer is almost over and..

where has time gone?????

i'm sure were all feeling this at the moment.

i've noticed a repeating pattern of this thought process.

i don't think i've even finished ONE good book this summer!!

how sad is that? 

any recommendations for me?

i have some new plans for this year to help make it the best.
  this is just a pinch of what i have in mind..
      -daily scripture reading...DAILY!!!
      - keeping my room neat, clean, and organized! i can proudly say my closet is back to it's old "color coordinated" self...WOOOHOOO! in-fact, i'm thinking that maybe i will post a monthly (perhaps weekly) photo of my room so that it will motivate me to keep it clean! i'm a neat freak and you wouldn't even know it.
     the list i have goes on and on. beside the point, i'm going to manage my time better. i want to be active in all aspects of my life (physically, socially, spiritually, mentally etc..)
i want to wake up with a smily on my face EVERYDAY. of course this will mean i have to go to bed at 10:00.   happy sunday!

this is us yesterday...

(i'm trying to clean my room and entertain someone who gets bored after 5 minutes)

first there was candy bribes.. lasted 5 minutes.

second there was my "cool" markers...5 minutes.

third there was computer games..5 minutes.

fourth there was you tube cartoons...5 minutes.

fifth was my american girl doll....10 minutes.

finally i got smart...

disney movies!

we only own 4 DVD's 

bambi. toy story. lion king. mary poppins.

so, we started with bambi.

this movie started out cute..then drastically turned. 

madelyn didn't like this so much, which led her to this exact phrase..

"what kinda freakin movie is dis."-madelyn jane.

hahahahahahahahahahahha.

love her to much to tell.

i didn't get much done with my room, but man we had fun.

stormy week part1.

i wish there were 5 seasons in utah...

 #5 being...STORM SEASON!!

how great would that be?

me, my two brother's, and ryan's girlfriend tayler..all watched a scary movie.

it was on the worst night of all the storms!

i LOVED it! i'm not a big scary movie fan either..

the power went off part way through the film (could have done w/out that)

i love party planning and my niece's birthday parties are always of good opportunity for me to do so.

good thing our life is full of parties!

allergy season, but no reaction.

misquitos, didn't see one.

we walked around outside sunday for a few hours, photographing.

i have been super busy editing pics, and dancing lately..

i needed to get out and get some fresh air!

lately..

as we all know...the jazz didn't stick it out to the end. they let the lakers defeat them. this doesn't change the way i love them though. they worked hard, they just need to work even harder next year right??
  summer is almost here, i can't wait another second! i need it. i'm exhausted and there is something about the smell of summer that is keeping me slightly impatient at the moment.
 i perform in a week, the ballet Coppelia! it's such a fun ballet. i'll have to post some pics.
but wait, can you believe it's summer already?? i swear i just did my 101 things of summer. oh no, i'm not planning on doing it again (countdowns are extremely stressfull) i'll just "go with the flow" and be really good to post my adventures.
